Refund & Replacement Policy

Exclusive Telemarketing Leads stands behind exclusive delivery quality. This policy explains when a lead may qualify for replacement due to being bogus or invalid.

1. Goal

Provide a fair replacement pathway for qualified invalid leads while protecting against abuse. Unless otherwise stated in a written campaign agreement, remedies are typically replacements — not cash refunds.

2. What may qualify as a bogus / invalid lead

• Disconnected or clearly wrong phone number with no alternate contact
• Consumer states they never requested information (supported by recording where available)
• Duplicate of a lead already delivered exclusively to you within the stated window
• Other criteria defined in your campaign agreement

3. What generally does not qualify

• Consumer not interested after a compliant presentation
• Consumer already has coverage or chooses a competitor after speaking with you
• Agent unavailable / missed transfer due to buffer or staffing issues on your side
• Leads outside filters you later decide you dislike without prior written change

4. How to request a replacement

1. Report the lead promptly (placeholder: within 48 business hours of delivery/transfer)
2. Include lead ID / timestamp, phone, vertical, and reason
3. Attach call recording or notes when available
4. Email hello@exclusivetelemarketingleads.com or your account contact

5. Review & remedy

We review claims in good faith. Approved claims are typically remedied with a replacement lead of the same vertical under your active campaign. Written campaign terms control if they conflict with this page.
