TCPA Disclaimer
Last updated: October 13, 2026. This disclaimer outlines TCPA-oriented expectations for consent documentation on live transfers and data leads.
Exclusive Telemarketing Leads provides TCPA-oriented lead generation and live transfer services to business customers. This disclaimer summarizes compliance expectations and is not legal advice.
1. Consent-oriented sourcing
We design campaigns to capture and verify consumer consent consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations before live transfer or data delivery. Consent documentation (including Jornaya / TrustedForm certificates where applicable) may be available per campaign terms.
2. Your responsibilities as the calling party
When you accept a live transfer or dial a data lead, you are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state telemarketing, privacy, and insurance solicitation laws, including but not limited to:
- TCPA and FCC implementing rules
- State Do-Not-Call and calling-hour restrictions
- Insurance licensing, appointment, and solicitation rules in each state you serve
- Carrier and product-specific marketing guidelines
3. No shared legal counsel
Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client relationship. You should consult your own compliance counsel regarding dialing technology, scripts, consent language, and retention practices.
4. Acknowledgement on forms
By submitting an order or discovery request, you acknowledge that you are a licensed or authorized representative, that you will use leads lawfully, and that you have read this disclaimer and our Terms of Service.
